How do you buy it?
Purchasing on our site is quick and easy:
1. browse the catalog and click on the product you are interested in
2. on the product details page select your size and the color you prefer
3. click on "Add to cart"
4. a summary window will open, click on "View cart and proceed to purchase"
5. enter your shipping address and payment information

Do you accept telephone orders?
Yes, we can accept orders via telephone. You can contact us at the Customer Service number +39 351 0327949 or at the office number +39 0854688364

Do I have to register to complete the purchase?
No, you do not need to be registered on our site to make purchases.
However, registration is fast, free, secure and allows you to access many benefits:
- receive updates on your order and check past purchases
- save and edit your shipping preferences

Can I save my favorite products?
To save your favorite products you must be a Registered User.
1. browse the catalog and click on the product you are interested in
2. on the product details page select your size and the color you prefer
3. click on "Add to Favorites"

Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?
Modification or cancellation is possible before the warehouse has processed the order. If you have changed your mind, we recommend that you immediately contact Customer Service, on
which will check the status of your request. In any case, within 14 days of delivery of the order you can request a return, for any reason. You find greater
information in "Returns and refunds" and in "Terms and Conditions".

Where can I consult the size guide?
On the product information page, under "SIZE GUIDE" you can consult a "Size Guide".
For further information regarding the sizes of our products, our Customer Service is always at your disposal.

How can I receive an invoice for my order?
If you require an invoice for your order, please select the option during the checkout process.
Indicate whether you are a private individual or a company and enter the requested information (e.g. tax code, VAT number).
We will send you the invoice as soon as the order is completed.
Please note that we will not be able to send you the invoice if you have not entered all the details requested during the process.
A non-fiscal payment receipt will be available for all orders placed online.

I saw a product but it is no longer available, how can I purchase it?
Missing sizes and colors may be restocked during the season so they may go back on sale. Inside the product sheet, if the desired size is not
available, a space will appear where you can enter your email address. As soon as the item becomes available again, a notification email will be sent to you.

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, Prepaid Cards, Paypal, Klarna and Shop Pay

Mark:
It has an additional cost of €5 which is not refundable in the event of a return.

Payment by credit and prepaid card:
We accept most credit cards, such as Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, American Express and PostePay.

Payment with Paypal:
After confirming your order details, you will be asked to log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment. If you don't have one, you can create one from the Paypal login page, before completing the order. If you buy with PayPal, you can also choose to pay for your purchase in 3 installments at no additional cost.

Payment with Klarna:
Klarna is an alternative payment method that allows you to split the purchase amount into 3 interest-free monthly installments. The first installment will be charged to you as soon as the shipment leaves, the second and third after 30 and 60 days respectively. At checkout select Klarna as your payment method. Access your Klarna Wallet or register in just a few clicks. You can log into your Klarna account online or on their app at any time to view your account and details of your scheduled instalments.

Payment with Shop Pay:
By selecting Shop Pay you choose to pay with a payment method created by Shopify which makes checkout quick, safely saving your payment and shipping information

DELIVERY

What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 24/48 hours from the moment the order is received. The estimated delivery time is 24/48 hours from when the goods are entrusted to the courier. In the case of personalized items, we reserve an additional 7-10 working days for the embroidery or printing.
The delivery times indicated by the courier are indicative and change depending on the reference area, the nearest branch, any strikes and/or protests. By places
disadvantaged, difficult to reach or due to force majeure, the timing may vary from the times mentioned. We do not take responsibility for any delays
for failure to deliver

How can I check the status of my shipment?
The Tracking Number is indicated in the order confirmation email, a code that allows you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier's website.
If you are a Registered User, you can track the shipment directly from the "My orders" section.

What happens if I'm not at home when the courier passes?
In the event that the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice and a second delivery attempt will be made on the working day following the first. If this is also unsuccessful, the package will be sent to the branch and the courier will try to contact you by telephone to schedule a new delivery.
The order will go into storage if the courier is unable to track you down or if the new delivery attempt fails. You will have ten days to request a new one
delivery or have the package sent back to the warehouse.

Which countries do you ship to?
Keryl ships to all European Community countries with the exception of the following territories:

RETURNS

How do you make an exchange?
You can change the size or color of the products purchased by contacting us via telephone or by writing to us on WhatsApp at +39 351 0327949.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all its tags and
accessories and placed in its original envelope. Personalized items cannot be replaced or returned.

How do I make a return?
From the delivery of your order you have 14 days to request a return, whatever the reason. We invite you to write to customerservice@keryl.eu, specifying your address
name, address and order reference number or contact us at +39 351 0327949.

When will I receive the refund?
As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, we will carry out the appropriate checks.
In case of a positive outcome, we will refund you the entire amount already paid, net of shipping costs, as quickly as possible and in any case within 15 days.
from the date of receipt of the goods.

If I return an order paid for in cash, how will the refund be made?
You will only need to have the IBAN corresponding to a valid bank or postal account available. We will make the refund to this account via bank or postal transfer.

Is it possible to purchase a gift voucher?
Yes, you can purchase a Gift Card in electronic format and be sure of giving the most appreciated gift. Contact our Customer Service for more information.

I received a gift voucher, how do I use it?
Enter our online shop www.keryl.com and select the items you prefer. Once you have completed your selection, you will be able to close the order. In the final summary screen, simply enter your Gift Voucher code. If you do not spend the full amount of the Gift Card, you can use the remaining balance for another purchase.
If the purchase amount exceeds that of the Gift Voucher, you don't have to worry; just pay the difference.

How can I choose the right size?
On the product in-depth page you can find a size guide which refers to the measurements of each model which you can compare with the measurements of a garment you already own. In case of doubts or suggestions, you can call or write on WhatApp to the number 351 0327949.

What is the difference between the various fabrics?
All our fabrics are designed for high performance and long life and meet the highest quality standards. You can consult the in-depth sections on the fabrics on the Home Page to find out all the characteristics. For further information, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

Is the fit the same for all models?
The fit may vary depending on the model. On each product information sheet it is indicated whether the item has a regular or slim fit and you will find advice on which size to buy. If you need further suggestions, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service who will be able to advise you on which size and model to choose.

I would like advice on choosing products, what can I do?

What type of washing is recommended?
We recommend washing with a normal cycle at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Iron with a non-hot iron at a maximum temperature of 110°C. Fabric can't
be treated with bleach, i.e. it must be washed with color detergents. Disinfect with an active oxygen-based bactericidal product.

What is the Sanitized® treatment?
Sanitized® is a special certified anti-bacterial fabric treatment that gives Keryl products antibacterial, anti-mite and anti-fungal properties. Thanks to this treatment, the garments are always fresh, hygienically protected and resistant to many washes.

What is Teflon® treatment?
Teflon® is a special protective treatment of the fabric which makes it water-repellent and stain-proof, therefore resistant to many washes without losing shape and colour.
