Shipping in Italy

Shipping costs in Italy amount to € 8.90 including VAT for orders equal to or less than € 149.99. They are free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 150.00.

We process and send orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the payment, (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), with the exception of the orders that contain customized garments, for which our care will be to communicate the timing at the time of the conclusion of the order.

However, once the package is entrusted to the courier, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, which will be communicated directly to the buyer by the shipper by means of their communication channels. 

Shipments to Europe

We ship in all the countries listed in the table below. 

Shipping costs vary according to the country of destination, size, weight and volume of the neck and will be automatically calculated at the time of check-out.

 Shipping times may vary from a minimum of 5 working days to a maximum of 15 (excluded Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) and change according to the areas.

Extra EU shipments

In extra EU countries there may be additional customs taxes to be paid at the time of the arrival of the goods in the country of destination. These additional taxes are at the expense of the buyer, the seller has no influence on them and cannot predict their amount. We advise you to inquire about customs costs and adjustments of the reference country before purchasing.
