Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receipt. Past the deadline returns will not be accepted. Each item must be returned under the conditions of sale, therefore with a tag, original packaging and without obvious signs of wear or damage.

We do not accept returns or changes of items that have been customized.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated to customer service by unequivocal written request to the email address customerservice@keryl.eu, entering as subject "Return request" followed by the order number and the date on which it was made.

The notice of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.

We will send an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal exercised, by e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase process.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 59, lett. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Buyer consumer can not exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or that risk deteriorating or changing quickly.

To return the product you need:

1. Provide written request by e-mail to customerservice@keryl.eu, or WhatsApp at: +39 351 032 7949 specifying the reference order number, the name and reasons for return
2. Fill in the form that will be sent by the customer service team and insert it into the package with the items to be returned
3. Send the package to:

4. Wait for our notification about the receipt of the package and possible refund

If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, you are obliged to return the items at your own expense and risk.

Once the returned goods are received at our warehouses, a quality control will be carried out to certify that there are no damages or signs of wear.

We will refund the full amount of the returned goods, excluding shipping and any return charges, within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouses. We reserve the right not to refund if the goods received do not meet the required return standards.

The refund will be made by credit on the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the details provided with the notice of withdrawal and in any case through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If the terms, conditions and deadlines for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid. In this case, you may recover the product in the same condition as it was returned at your own expense. Otherwise, we may retain the returned products, plus all sums already paid for the purchase. The shipping and transport costs are at your expense.
