Returned and reimbursements

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to make or change the goods within 14 days of receiving it. After the deadline, the return will not be accepted. Each garment must be returned in the conditions of sale, therefore equipped with a tag, original packaging and without evident signs of wear or damage. 

We do not accept rendered or change of garments that have been personalized. 

The decision to make use of the right of withdrawal must be communicated to customer service through unequivocal request written to the e-mail address customerservice@keryl.eu, inserting as an object "request made" followed by the order number and the date on which it was made.

The communication of withdrawal must specify the desire to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which we intend to exercise the right of withdrawal. 

We will communicate a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal exercised, by e-mail to the e-mail address communicated during the purchase procedure. 

In accordance with the provisions of article 59, lett. c) and d) of the consumer code, the consumer buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly customized or who risk deteriorating or altering quickly. 

To make the return it will need to be:

1. Provide written request by e-mail to the address customerservice@keryl.eu, or WhatsApp at the number: +39 351 032 7949 specifying the reference order number, the name and the reasons for the return
2. Fill in the form that will be sent by the customer service team and insert it inside the package with the garments to be returned
3. Send the package to the following address: 

If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, you are required to return the items at your expense and at your own risk.

Once you receive the goods made at our warehouses, quality control will be carried out to certify that there are no damage or signs of wear. 

We will refund the entire amount of the goods made, excluding shipping costs and any cash on delivery, within 14 days from receipt of the goods at our warehouses. We reserve the right not to reimburse if the goods received does not reflect the required return standards. 

The reimbursement will be carried out by re -crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the coordinates provided with the communication of withdrawal and in any case through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If, on the other hand, the methods, conditions and terms for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, you will not be entitled to reimbursement of the sums already paid. In this case, you can regain, at your expense, the product in the state in which it has been returned. Otherwise, we can hold back the returned products, in addition to all the sums already paid for the relative purchase. Shipping and transport costs are placed at your expense.
